Our AAA Five Diamond Award-winning resort is a phenomenon in the world of fine wine and dining. The many coveted designations Bellagio has received such as The Best Hotel for Wine by Food & Wine Magazine and various other esteemed awards from Wine Spectator and Santé magazines, are a tribute to our core philosophy – ensuring a meaningful guest service experience, every time. Constantly realizing this mission requires an expert staff who share an unwavering dedication to the art of wine. There are 96 Master Sommeliers in America and 167 worldwide - four of them are here. My goal is to make Bellagio the world's best wine program – where Master Sommeliers are made. Thus, continuing education is paramount. We purpose to keep our 18 sommeliers and service staff of more than 3,200 at the top of their game through wine seminars, tasting and travel.

Chef Serrano's exceptional Mediterranean cuisine is inspired by the regions of France and Spain, where Picasso spent much of his life.
