The legendary wines of Chateau d’Yquem are featured in this unique showcase at MICHAEL MINA, Bellagio. Guests will indulge in an exquisite pairing dinner crafted by Chef Michael Mina & Chef Raj Dixit with five vintages of Chateau d’Yquem. Guests will see the evolution of this exquisite wine with age as they are taken on a journey from the young and fresh 2022 vintage back forty years all the way to the 1985 vintage which is the crown-jewel of the lineup. The evening provides a collision between two of the most luxurious brands from the worlds of wine & culinary excellence – something not to be missed!
